Most approved orders leave our warehouse within one business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the delivery method you choose. Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified.This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days. Prices for our standard delivery service for most US zipcodes and Canada postal codes would be calculated in the shopping cart.
Waterloolaptops.ca uses established couriers such as Canada Post, UPS and Business Post to deliver your goods. We have excellent relationships with all our couriers as we ship thousands of orders each year. All orders can be tracked online.
Delivery to a different address:
We offer a service which many of our competitors cannot provide – we can deliver to an address that is different from your billing address. This must be to a work premises and not to a residential address. We do reserve the right to only deliver to your billing address if we decide the fraud risk is too high.
Distance Selling Regulations:
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and you are a consumer customer (not applicable to business customers) and the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund. However, some specific conditions do apply.
Standard Free Shipping:(Update Feb 05 2013)
We hope that our products will not prove faulty. However, occasionally faults will arise. It is our aim to deal with them in as swift a way as possible. Our "Dead on Arrival" or "DOA" period is 14 days from date of receipt. You must test products before installation, and you can send them if they are in your hand no more than 14 days and not installed (Sticker and protective film not removed).
Should you receive a faulty item, in the first instance, you should contact us at email@example.com explaining the nature of the problem and providing all relevant details. We will then confirm by email how the problem will be addressed. It may well be that the problem will be dealt with by one of our manufacturers directly; should this be the case we will advise you of the contact details.
If your faulty product needs to come back to us then the returns procedure is as follows:
Upon receipt from us of an authorisation to return the product, please make sure that the product is packed completely and securely to avoid transit damage.We will then arrange for collection of the product and will advise you as to when this will take place. We reserve the right to make a small handling charge should the product be found in fully working condition once we receive it back.
